I am a devoted researcher, a creative instructional designer, and a caring instructor. I am also a joyful colleague and a pleasant teamplayer. With six years of college teaching experience, three years of post-doctoral research, and a strong technology background, I am enthusiastic in exploring all the possibilities in enhancing the effectiveness of teaching and learning. On a more personal note, I am also an althletic person. I enoy playing badminton, zumba dance, hiking, and jogging.
